ÖzÜ WISE is a research center that fosters interdisciplinary research in the areas of gender equality, workplace inclusion, work-life balance, and social equity. Our center aims to strengthen collaboration among researchers from diverse disciplines, establish national and international research networks, and enhance the contribution of academic work to policy and practice.
